How you can make progress on D&I?
Many organisations are grappling with how to turn their D&I ambitions into reality. Particularly for in-house legal teams, it can be a challenge to take the company’s overall D&I vision and embed it locally.
In this session, we will discuss how you can develop an achievable D&I strategy for your own team; and ideas for building engagement from the top down as well as through grass-roots networks, to bring your D&I plans to life.
