FCA Policy Statement on UK SDRs and its Anti-greenwashing rule
The FCA has now published its long-awaited final rules and guidance on its Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) and investment labels regime. This builds on its November 2021 discussion paper, and October 2022 consultation paper, and is a key part of delivering the UK government’s roadmap to sustainable investing. The package of measures will introduce: an anti-greenwashing rule; product labels and naming and marketing requirements.
