In the next of our Regulating the Digital Economy Virtual Series, we will focus on the impact of Big Tech in finance, and specifically in payments.
Our payments experts will compare and contrast the payments regulatory landscapes to be navigated in the EU - and the UK post-Brexit - with Asia, where China has led the way on payments innovation.
Our session will also provide an overview of rapidly developing antitrust and foreign investment considerations affecting investments in payments/ payments M&A in Europe.
