Leadership in a crisis - London Insights Programme
Covid-19 has highlighted the crucial role of leadership in countering the challenge of a sudden and unexpected crisis. We looked at the best new thinking on how leaders should act when faced with adversity. Is there one accepted “style” we should adapt or does it depend entirely on context?
Using examples from a number of fields, including aviation and the military, this session explored the three ‘Cs’ of crisis leadership:
Communicate
Cede control
Connect
