U.S. - SEC’s Regulatory Agenda Drops Dodd-Frank Compensation Rulemakings

​The latest version of the SEC's 12-month rulemaking agenda, as published by the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), omits a number of the Dodd-Frank Act rulemakings that were on the SEC's agenda last year. Though the SEC agenda does not bind the SEC in any way, it is notable that it omits the following: Pay-for-performance disclosure – proposed in 2015 Compensation clawbacks – proposed in 2015 Employee hedging disclosure – proposed in 2015 Clawback
