On track to a modernised Belgian Civil Code: Workshop Series - Two-day seminar
Please join us in person on October 13 at 15:15 for a seminar on the ongoing reform of the Belgian Civil Code. The Reform represents a comprehensive overhaul of the legal provisions governing the cycle of contracts, and therefore impacts all sectors and industries.
We will illustrate unfair terms and standard contracts and how these two legal concepts are tackled by multiple legislations. Our workshops, with a focus on finance contractual tools, will explore creditor activism and banking documentation.
