Wilma Rix

Wilma has experience of all types of corporate transactions as well as non-transactional corporate advice. She has worked in our New York office and was one of our first lawyers to be based in Spain, responsible for setting up and developing a Madrid office. Currently Wilma focusses on monitoring, analysing and reporting on changes in law, regulation and market practice. One of her areas of specialism is corporate governance obligations and reporting and listed company AGMs.

Wilma was born and brought up in Spain and speaks Spanish and German fluently, as well as Italian. She studied Modern Languages and Literature at The Queen’s College, Oxford University, prior to attending law school.
