Welcome to our winter edition of Trustee Agenda for 2020.

Since few, if any of us, will be on the slopes this holiday or, indeed, anywhere far-flung and exciting, we thought you might appreciate some reading material to provide a distraction over the coming weeks.

In the following pages we look at further developments concerning climate change (a topic high on the Government’s agenda), the obligation to report compliance with the CMA Order and proposed new consolidation requirements for DC schemes.
