Linklaters advised Hg on the takeover and related financing of Ideagen plc, a premier British software solutions company and leader in the regulatory and compliance software sector listed in London. The financing solution involved a unitranche/super senior capital structure, and includes significant flexibility for future strategic acquisitions through capex, acquisition and revolving credit lines based on incurrence technology, and built on Hg’s developed ESG metrics.
